A leading FMCG company in India, and a pioneering one in the personal care space, provided Clarion with an opportunity to set a benchmark in the manufacturing industry. Their requirement was for 40,000 tons of shampoo in sachets per annum. The brief was for 4 variants to be market ready in 120 days including regulatory clearances.
Using its rich experience in the space, Clarion took on the project with confidence, setting up dedicated manufacturing plants for shampoo sachet manufacturing at two sites, one in North of India and the other in the South, to cater quickly to regional requirements. From handling of stringent quality requirements to streamlining operations on the shop floor, Clarion moved quickly.
Operational licenses were secured and regulatory clearances obtained to complete the project well within the deadline, surpassing customer expectations! The consistency in maintaining quality standards and practices led to Clarion acquiring the GMP certification.
